Apartments are self contained with linen provided as well as a tea/ coffee/ toiletries starter pack. Apartments are not serviced daily – for stays of 7 nights or longer there is a service mid stay.
Undercover parking is provided.
A deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation is payable upon booking. The booking is only confirmed subject to the deposit being processed and room availability.
Bookings for high seasons stays may incur a higher deposit.
Guests will be required to pay the remaining balance of accommodation on arrival. NB: Mastercard/ Visa credit cards will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
A valid credit card must be provided to Shingley Beach Resort at the time of check-in. This procedure is to ensure that all incentives and other arising fees and charges will be covered.
Please note: ‘Limited Time Offer’ special deals are non-refundable.
Please be aware that payment is due in AUD. Quotes in other currency are estimates only, current at the time of viewing.
Quotes issued are valid for 72 hours and are an estimate only, prices will be confirmed once a payment is made on the booking.
Check-in time is from 2.00 pm and check out 10.00 am. Reception hours are 8.30am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm Saturday & Sunday. Please advise us if your arrival time is outside of these hours so we may make further arrangements for your check-in.
All charges that have not been settled in person at reception at the time of check out will be automatically be charged to the credit card provided at the time of check-in
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival date. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
In the case of a non-refundable booking, no monies will be refunded.
If the booking does not get checked in on the day of arrival or if the booking gets cancelled shortly after being checked in a 100% cancellation fee will be charged and the full amount of the booking (including all prepaid services such as tours, transfers, ect) less any amount already paid will have to be paid to Shingley Beach Resort.
Cancellation can be made by contacting Shingley Beach Resort reservation department if the booking was made directly. For a booking made through another agent, all cancellations must be made through that agent.
Should any monies be agreed to be refunded to you based the above clauses payment, amendment, and cancellation policies, Shingley Beach Resort reserves the right to elect the mode of payment for the refund of the monies.
